Summary Lahore High court has postponed the hearing of the petition against Ashiana Housing Scheme.
The petitioner Mohammaed Ifikhar Advoacte has said the allotment of houses was not being done in a transparent manner.Government of Punjab’s attorney has said the petitioner could not get the allotment as his name didn’t figure in the draw.The hearing of the case will resume on July 13.
