The Punjab government has decided to go to Supreme Court if the ministries will not be dissolved to the provinces under the 18th Amendment by June 30.According to sources, the Punjab chief minister dispatched a letter to Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, saying that the process of devolution of ministries was slow.In reply, the prime minister informed the Punjab government that the federal cabinet meeting was due today to review the process of devolution.A source said that after the prime minister’s reply, the Punjab government had decided to go to the Supreme Court, if the ministries would not have devolved to the provinces.
