Abbottabad commissions first meeting on July 5

Secretary Commission Nargis Sethi called on Justice Javed Iqbal, head of the commission, and both decided to call the first meeting of the commission formed to look into the killing of Osama bin Laden (OBL). The meeting will be held 3pm on July 05 in Islamabad.The OBL commission hit snags in the past when Justice Javed was nominated its head without consultation. Later the government decided to consult the Chief Justice who endorsed Justice Javed’s nomination.
