Summary The bail application of the man allegedly involved in Musharraf case has been accepted.
LHC Rawalpindi bench reserved the judgment on the application of ex-protocol officer of Benazir regarding lodging an FIR.As per detail, three-member bench of LHC led by Justice Ijaz Ahmad conducted hearing of the application of ex-protocol officer Chaudhry Aslam on lodging an FIR. It was prayed in the application that Pevaiz Ilahi, Baber Awan, Pervaiz Musharraf and Reman Malik should also be declared accused. The court secured the judgment after final hearing. On the other hand, Anti Terrorism Court accepted the bail application of Jamshed Raza allegedly involved in Musharraf case.
