Petrol has disappeared from various cities and towns of the country, including Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Multan, Toba Tek Singh, Muzaffarabad, Hafizabad and Shore Kot.People have to stand in long queues to get petrol at rare pumps where it is available.The black marketers are charging Rs 150 for one litter petrol and no authority seems to keep checking them.Though people have to suffer a great deal due to the scarcity of petrol, the government did not take any measure to restore the supply and appeared indifferent to the situation.
