Death toll reaches 21 in single day drone attacks

At least four insurgents were killed when the third drone attack was launched in South Waziristan on Monday.According to official sources, a missile was fired on a vehicle killing four insurgents.The vehicle was passing through Shawal area of South Waziristan when it came under the attack.According to a Dunya News report, panic gripped the area after the attack and people were reluctant to participate in rescue activities due to fear of more attacks.This has been the third attack in the area during the last 10 hours.Earlier, at least 17 insurgents were killed and host of others were injured in two drone attacks in South Waziristan on Monday morning.According to official sources, four missiles were fired on a religious seminary and a house in South Waziristan on the suspicions of the presence of insurgents in the sites, killing 17 insurgents. The toll has now reached 21 in the three drone attacks.
