Summary At least 14 militants were killed in US drone attack in Tehsil Wana of South Waziristan.
According to official sources, the US aircraft fired missiles on a house situated 6 kilometer eastward from Wana and killed 14 militants.The militants belonged to Punjabi Talban. It is worth mentioning that the US drones had also targeted a militants’ hideout in Ghawakha area of Wana 2 days back and killed 9 militants.Head of Harkat-ul-Jehad Al-Islami Ilyas Kashmiri was also killed in this drone attack.
