Addressing a function in Government College University, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that poor man never saw a dollar while the elite class loots all foreign aid.He said that the suspension of foreign aid would not affect the poor man.Shahbaz added that the health and education projects would be implemented after reducing the government expenditures. The CM also answered the questions asked by the students on the occasion.
