Mumbai attack case: Pak judicial commission allowed visiting India

Summary Pakistani judicial commission has been allowed to visit India to record statements of the witnesses.

In the hearing of the Mumbai attack case in the Adiala Jail Rawalpindi, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar told the court that the judicial commission would record the statement of the woman magistrate who recorded the statement of the main accused, Ajmal Kasab. He said that the commission would record the statements of the witnesses as well.While talking to Dunya News, Zulfiqar said that the FIA had also handed over a list of 26 witnesses, including doctors, police officials and magistrate. The hearing was adjourned till June 11.
