Summary The Sindh High Court has ordered both the officials to be present on June 3rd.
PIA Capt Haroon Abdullah filed a petition against Civil Aviation DG, and Medical Officer, stating that both the officials were not issuing his medical report, therefore, he was not permitted to fly. The court issued notices to the officials concerned but no reply was submitted. The court issued the bail able warrants to both the officials.
