Summary Babar Awan would appear in the court as lawyer of Sharjeel Memon in contempt of court case.
Three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry conducted hearing on contempt of court case against PPP leaders Sharjeel Memon and Taj Haider.The court was informed that Sharjeel Memon engaged the services of Dr Babar Awan as his counsel while Babar pleaded to the court to grant time for preparation of the case. The hearing was adjourned till first week of July.It is worth-mentioning that court notices were issued to Sharjeel Memon and Taj Haider on their statements against a court decision.
