Summary A US court rejected the bail plea of two Pakistani, a father and son, terror suspects.
Hafiz Sher Ali Khan and his sons, Izhar Khan and Irfan Khan, were arrested under the charges of complicity with the terrorists.The prosecution lawyer told the court that the accused were detained under the charges of aiding terrorists and their release was a security risk. The trial of Sher Ali and his son will commence on May 31. The bail plea of Sher Ali’s other son, Irfan Khan, has already been rejected.
