The FBI and Homeland Security Department informed Pakistan’s law enforcement agencies that al-Qaida was considering plans to hijack oil tankers and then blow them up.But there was no intelligence pointing to a specific plot or threat. It was not immediately clear whether the details about the attacks were coming from Osama bin Ladens compound.US intelligence officials are sifting through a treasure trove of information coming out of materials taken from the former terror leaders hideout in Pakistan earlier this month after he was shot and killed by US commandos.
