Summary It has been revealed that an accused died while another was in Indian jail, from fugitive list.
According to the information, Abad Ulshahaid alias Shahid Bilal, an accused in the list of 50 fugitives given to Pakistan by India regarding the Mumbai attacks had died, while another accused, Muhammad Amjad had been serving his sentence in Hyderabad jail. Earlier, India had traced an accused in a Mumbai jail. Their presence in Mumbai jails and death of one accused have been a source of embarrassment for India. In the first instance, Wazhul Kamar Khan who was accused in the 2003 Mulund bombing was found residing in India. The Indian Home minister recognized and admitted to his mistake.
