Summary The Balochistan High Court remarked no progress has been made in Bugti case since 19 months.
While hearing the murder case against ex-president Pervez Musharraf and others, Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa asked the advocate general why the witnesses’ statements hadn’t been taken and challan was not presented. Advocate general informed the court he received the notice on May 16 and he needed more time for the preparation. The hearing was adjourned till May 23.
