A petitioner, Shahid Orakzai, filed a petition in the Supreme Court, maintaining that the primary responsibility of armed forces was to retaliate in case of foreign aggression, instead of seeking orders to retaliate.The petitioner said that the forces could not wait for the orders to retaliate.He requested the court to order the Pakistan Air Force to shoot down the air craft, violating Pakistan’s air space.He also sought court’s declaration to end ties with allied forces in the war against terrorism.
