Summary Riaz does not have any know-how of law and he makes such statements for publicity, say Sanaullah.
Opposition leader in the Punjab Assembly Raja Riaz has said that Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif visits China for chit chat as he is not authorised to make agreements on national scale. He said that the chief minister spent public funds on useless tours because agreements were made on national level and the provincial government did not have any authority for it. Responding to Riaz’ comments, Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said that Riaz had no sense of law and the chief minister’s tours were according to constitution. He said that Riaz should abstain himself from creating untruthful statements for gaining cheap publicity. The minister said that 15 members of the chief minister’s 20-member delegation were bearing the expenses of their visit.
