Air Chief voices concern over India-US nuclear pact

He said that Pakistan would enhance its defence capability if India continued to multiply its nuclear power.Addressing an international seminar with regard to agreements on nuclear material, Qamar said that India’s new war policy named Cold Start Doctrine was dangerous and America’s nuclear agreement with India was discriminatory which could not be accepted in any case because nuclear imbalance could affect peace of the region.He said, “Pakistan is a peace-loving country and doesn’t want to enter into an arms race but we cannot ignore our defence and national security.”
