Leader of the House in Senate Nayyar Hussain Bukhari has filed a petition against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan in and the court has summoned the Khan to submit a reply.Imran Khan wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP), blaming that Bukhari had illegally occupied 80 kanals of Capital Development Authority (CDA). The Bukhari presented before the court and cleared his position. The CDA had also rejected the allegation.Later Bukhai served a legal notice on Imran seeking an apology and compensatory money within 15 days, gut Khan did not respond to the notice. Now, Bukhari has filed a petition in Islamabad High Court. The court asked Khan to submit his reply regarding the case.
