Summary One of the accused, involved in Shahbaz Bhattis killing had been arrested, Interior Secretary said.
Federal Interior Secretary Qamar Zaman Chaudhry told the public accounts committee that the arrest of one of the suspects was a good achievement. He said that complete security was provided to him, adding that Bhatti had refused to keep security guards with him. He said that the police officials did not inform the police headquarters that Bhatti had refused to accept police security.Zaman said that there was a possible threat to some parliamentarians and a adequate security had provided to them.
