Karachi: Sindh Governor calls on Zardari

According to the spokesman of Aiwan-e-Sadr, both sides agreed on continuing the alliance of PPP-MQM and indiscriminate action against criminal elements.Interior Minister Rehman Malik was also present on this occasion. Malik briefed the President about his recent meeting with MQM chief Altaf Hussain.President Asif Ali Zardari said that policy of reconciliation would be continued to address the public issues and people,s problems would be solved through mutual cooperation and no criminal element would be given political support.According to the presidency spokesman Farhat Ullah Babar, the meeting held in cordial atmosphere.It was agreed in the meeting to continue the PPP and MQM Working relationship and both the parties maintained that the policy of reconciliation was necessary for the integrity of the country.According to the sources, a delegation of MQM headed by Dr Farooq Sattar will call on the President.MQM will announce its final decision after the meeting with the President.
