Summary SC, PEMRA chief and IB have presented record of strikes against the SCs verdict in Deedars case.
Chief secretary Sindh, chairman PEMRA and DG Intelligence Bureau have submitted the complete record of protests and strikes in Sindh against the Supreme Court’s verdict in Chairman NAB appointment case.Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry took suo moto notice of strikes. The court ordered chairman Pemra to provide record and the evidence regarding the strike, while the Secretary Sindh Provincial Assembly has been asked to provide the record of speeches in the Assembly session.All the officials have presented the record of the incidents. As many as 3 people were killed and many others were wounded during the violence against the Supreme Court’s verdict annulling the appointment of Deedar Shah as NAB chairman.
