Summary Muttahida Rabita Committee members on Sunday said that Sindh Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza had admitted that he was the chief of terrorist groups, therefore, the MQM might quit the provincial government.

In a joint statement, Rabita Committees members, Muhammad Anwar, Anis Advocate and Muhammad Ishfaque, said that they had already insisted that the criminal elements of the so-called People’s Peace Committee enjoyed the favour of Sindh ministers. Now with Mirza’s statement, “the cat is out of bag”, they said.They said that it was the right of the Sindh people to question the credentials of Mirza whether he deserved to be a home minister.They claimed that it was an open secret that the peace committee terrorists were involved in the Shershah tragedy, therefore, the MQM Rabita Committee should take notice of Mirza’s confessions and decide to quit the Sindh government.
