Summary Twenty two model villages would be constructed in the flood hit areas, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said on Saturday.
Addressing a meeting, Shahbaz said that 22 model villages with all basic facilities would be constructed in flood hit areas. He said that the construction of the villages would be started on March 15. He stated that the construction of the villages would bring new culture in these areas. He maintained that the construction work would be completed within three months.DG Provincial Disaster Management briefed the meeting about the construction of model villages.
