A meeting of opposition parties held at the residence of Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman.Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Hasil, Bizanjo, Chadhry Shujat Hussain, Professor Khurshid Ahmad, Mushahid Hussain, Dr Farooq Sattar and Anwar Saif Ullah attended the meeting. Socio-economic and law and order situation came under discussion in the meeting.Talking to media after the meeting, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said that eradicate of corruption and price hike as well as maintenance of law and order in the country is the joint agenda of the opposition parties. Consultation has started among the opposition parties which would be continued, said Nisar.Chaudhry Shujat Hussain said that Maulana instead of the government arranged the meeting to discuss the issues. He said that the purpose of the meeting was to relieve the country out of crises.Dr. Farooq Sattar said that issues like poverty, unemployment, price hike and Load shedding were discussed in the meeting.Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman said that the objective of the meeting was to chalk out a common strategy in the parliament.
