Summary Karachi Transport Alliance has called off strike against petroleum price hike. All Pakistan Oil Tankers Association has also delayed its strike till March 15.
Karachi Transport Alliance called its strike off after the meeting with Finance Minister Hafeez Sheikh. Governor Sindh assured the transporters to increase fares.Karachi Transport Alliance President Irshad Bukhari said that the strike was called off unconditionally and no decision was made on increase in transport fares. On the other hand, All Pakistan Oil Tankers Association has delayed its strike till March 15.
