Summary Two new judges of AJK High Court have taken oath today. Chief Justice AJK High Court Justice Mustafa Mughal administered the oath of Justice Tabassum Aftab Alvi and Justice Ch. Muhammad Muneer.
The oath taking cweremony was held in the building of Muzaffarabad High Court in which a large number of ministers and lawyers took part. Dunya News raised the issue of delay in 8,000 cases due to absence of judges in AJK High Court, on this, PM Gilani took notice and approved the summary for the appointment of two judges in the High Court. There are still three vacant posts of judges in the AJK High Court.
