Summary Lahore High Court has ordered the release of 26 recovered kiln workers who were kept captive by the kiln owner.
Advocate Muhammad Arshad filed an application on behalf of the workers against the illegal detention of the kiln workers, in the Lahore High Court. The advocate’s stance in the application was that a Kiln owner in Jhang had kept 26 kiln workers and their children captive.On court orders the bailiff conducted a raid and recovered the captive kiln workers and presented them in court. The court then ordered the release of the workers.
