Summary Traders in Multan killed a 22-year-old Rajab Ali on suspicion of theft and tossed his dead body on a road. Police were also informed about the incident.
Relatives of the victim protested after identification of Rajab’s dead body. Rajab was working on a shop in timber shop and used to sleep at the shop. Akhtar and Niaz Bhutta of adjacent shops tortured Rajab to death. Police was informed about the incident next morning and shifted the dead in cold house after declaring him as unidentified. After the incident, relatives protested and police took them to the Nishtar hospital where they identified Rajab Ali. Case of the incident has not yet registered.
