Hyderabad (Dunya News) – Two oil tankers collided with one another at the national highway near Hyderabad. Three persons were injured after the accident in Matiari.

One of the tankers turned turtle in the fields. According to reports, the local residents avoided collecting the large amount of oil spillage. Perhaps they took a lesson from the Ahmedpur Sharqia inferno in which the death toll has spiked up to 200 people.

Police had arrived at the spot while the district administration was late to react. Initial reports suggest that the tankers were filled with oil and headed from Karachi to Lahore.

The tanker driver told the tanker oil contains acid which causes itching when exposed to skin. It is used to make washing powder.
