Court releases another accused of Shershah

Anti Terrorism Courts (ATC) Justice Sajjad Ali Shah has released another accused of Shershah Kabari Market, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.Earlier, the court has also quitted nine accused of Shershah case for lack of evidence.As per details, thirteen people were gunned down and several others injured in an incident of violence in Kabari Market in November 2010. Police have presented the accused identified as Ali Nawaz before ATC. The court asked the plaintiff to identify the accused but he failed to identify any of the accused and the court released him.
