ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The federal government decided to hike the prices of petroleum, reported Dunya News.
Minster for Finance Ishaq Dar revealed that the price of petrol has been raised to Rs 1.71 per litre while that of diesel has been hiked to Rs 1.52 per litre.
In addition, the price of light diesel oil (LDO) has also been hiked by Rs 0.66 per litre.
The new prices will be implemented with effect from March 1, 2017.
