LAHORE (Dunya News) - Today is the fifth death anniversary of Arfa Karim Randhawa, who was once youngest Microsoft certified Information Technology (IT) professional, reported Dunya News.
The certified professional was born in Faisalabad’s Ram Divali area and at a tender age of nine years she became an Information Technology engineer.
Microsoft’s founder Bill Gates conferred the degree upon the then youngest professional in 2004.
In the following months, Karim went on to receive several awards for her brilliant work. She was awarded with Pride of Performance, Salam Pakistan Youth and Madar-e-Millat awards.
