Summary Pakistan’s finance minister talked to Indian counterpart on phone and invited him to Pakistan
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Finance Minister (FM) Ishaq Dar called Indian counterpart Arun Jaitley on Tuesday and invited him to SAARC Finance Ministers Conference on 25 August, reported Dunya News.
Sources of finance ministry told that Pakistani and India finance minister talked on phone and discussed economic situation of region. Before that, the preparations of conference were observed in a meeting.
Dar presided the meeting as the projects funded by foreign aids were observed. The funding for the expansion of Tarbela dam was also discussed in the meeting.
