Summary Abdul Basit was summoned after India leveled accusations of cross-border interventions on Pakistan
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Pakistani High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit met with Indian Foreign Secretary Jaishankar on Tuesday. Abdul Basit turned down the allegations leveled by India against Pakistan further stating that India needs to change its attitude.
Abdul Basit said that the allegations being leveled by India on Pakistan are baseless, further adding that allegations shall not be tolerated as Pakistan shall not be intimidated by hollow threats. He stated that Bahadur Ali was not a Pakistani national.
Pakistani High Commissioner to India warned the Foreign Secretary by stating that the violation of human rights in Kashmir need to be curbed.
Abdul Basit was summoned in New Delhi after baseless allegations of cross-border intervention were leveled against Pakistan by India.
