Summary Making efforts of strengthening democracy by bringing PM Nawaz under influence of law, says Khan
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday stated that the entire nation stands behind the armed forces, adding that we shall wipe out those who destroyed our peace while staying united, reported Dunya News.
Imran Khan paid visit to Quetta’s Civil Hospital and enquired about the health of the victims of the horrific blast that struck the hospital on Monday and claimed 71 lives. PTI Chairman condemned the loss of lives as a result of the tragedy.
Khan stated that implementation upon the National Action Plan (NAP) needs to be made, further adding that the police mechanism needs to be strengthened in order to ensure long lasting peace.
He stated that his party was making efforts to strengthen democracy in the country by bringing Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif under the influence of law, adding that the system shall stabilise if investigation against the Panama Leaks is done.
