LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday criticised his opponents that they have been trying to derail the process of development in the country, reported Dunya News.

Shehbaz Sharif arrived in a helicopter to inaugurate flyover in Lahore and was also briefed on the details regarding its construction as 1.5 km long flyover worth Rs 3 billion was built in a period of 7 months.

He said that corruption has distressed poor people of the country and that he fully supported accountability across the board. He said those giving prolonged lectures should look into themselves.

He wanted a type of accountability which would be considered as landmark by coming generations, Shehbaz added. There will be a time when corruption will be eliminated and people will get their rights, Punjab CM added. He also visited Nankana Hospital after flyover’s inauguration.
