Summary Pakistan should conduct indiscriminate action against all terrorists, says State Dept Spokesperson.
WASHINGTON (Dunya News) – US State Department Spokesperson John Kirby in a media briefing Thursday has stated that it was up to the Pakistani nation to decide over the Panama Leaks’ allegations against Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif.
Kirby answered this in response to a question regarding the matter of PM Nawaz’s resignation over the accusations. Kirby added that he had stated this before that the power of this decision rests completely with the nation of Pakistan.
In an answer to another question Kirby stated that Pakistan’s government should conduct indiscriminate action against all terrorist groups including Haqqani, Al-Qaeda and Lashkar-e-Tayyaba.
He further stated that the government of Pakistan has repeatedly stated that it will carry out indiscriminate action against all extremists.
