Summary PM Nawaz and Army Chief are witnessing concluding ceremony of 'North Thunder' exercise.
RIYADH (Web Desk) - The closing ceremony of North Thunder exercise is in progress at Hafarul Batin city of Saudi Arabia where Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif along with other leaders of other countries are present along with Khadim al Harmain Al Sharifain King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz al Saud.

Air drops, armour movement, air assault through helicopters is being performed by the troops taking part in the exercises. Live fire by tanks is also being demonstrated.




Pakistani troops are part of the show in the closing ceremony which are performing air drops and air assault.

The exercises are being held in Saudi Arabia jointly by twenty-one countries including the five Gulf countries and Pakistan. The exercises started on 14th of last month, mainly focused on training to meet the challenges of terrorism.

Earlier, the Prime Minister attended dinner hosted by King Salman bin Abdul Aziz al Saud in honour of the heads of states and governments of 21 countries on Wednesday night.
The Prime Minister was received at the main entrance of the palace by King Salman bin Abdul Aziz al Saud.
