Summary He termed allegations below the belt hit
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Danial Aziz on Wednesday demanded an apology from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan over allegations against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Dunya News reported.
Responding to allegations by PTI chief, Aziz termed allegation of bribing former army chief with a car as an act beneath him. He demanded Imran Khan to apologize for it.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister House spokesman has also termed Khan’s allegation baseless. He said that PTI chief should not use former army chief for negative political interest.
Khan had blasted PML-M with allegations saying that PML-N is incapable of doing anything the right way. He alleged PML-N ‘bought’ journalists, imprisoned politicians in Changa Manga and sent a lavish car to a former army chief.
Addressing party workers at Garhi Shahu area in Lahore, PTI chief said that his party contested against the federal and provincial governments in the by-election. He said they are carrying out investigations and that they will ‘unveil facts’ in a week.
Khan said it is being investigated how many votes were transferred outside of the constituency for this election. “We knew Punjab’s Election Commissioner belongs to PML-N and will make them victorious”, he claimed.
“Umpires are with one party because all three judges who did ‘hattrick’ against PML-N have been let go”.
Imran Khan said their battle was not to win NA-122 by-election rather it is to bring the system of justice in Pakistan. He said he knows every worker well enough to judge who is ideological and who is opportunist.
“I know each and every worker and their work very well so don’t complain if you end up not getting ticket during election”, he said.
He congratulated Aleem Khan, Chaudhry Sarwar, Shoaib Siddiqui and workers for contesting successful election.
