OKARA (Dunya News) – Directly hitting Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif with a bouncer, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Wednesday alleged former is the most corrupt person in the country, Dunya News reported.

Former president Asif Ali Zardari was better than PM Nawaz, he said.

Addressing the campaign rally in NA-144, Khan said he is proud that he gave the new thought to the country. “I tried to free the nation and I am thankful to God for awakening the nation”, he said.

PTI chairman said a nation progresses with justice and not with money and a strong army. “The system of disbelief can work but the system of injustice cannot”, he added. “Our PM seeks loans from International Monetary Fund (IMF) like a beggar.”

He said the rulers have left every Pakistani in debt after continuing ‘begging’.

Imran Khan said the difference in the system of the West and Pakistan is that of justice. “Justice is available to people in the West but Pakistan still has a divide between rich and poor”, he said, adding that the powerful can get away with every kind of illegitimate act.

Leveling serious allegations against Prime Minister, Imran Khan said that the former is the corrupt most person in the country because he committed money laundering and evaded tax.

“Mian sb, Asif Zardari was better than you who only left a circular debt of 480 billion which went up to 615 billion”, he alleged, adding that Nandipur project was robbed and its cost was raised from Rs 22 billion to 84 billion and even then the project shut down after 5 days.

Also addressing the rally, PTI vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that he joined PTI for change and not for the sake of power. He further said today the fight is between the “one number and two number politics”.

He said when real ballot bags were opened for investigation, they had bat stamped on the ballot papers. “We’re here to change the political thinking because we have to serve people instead of enslaving ourselves”, he added.
