Summary Lahore High Cpurt (LHC) declared the case admissible.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday has issued notices to federal and provincial governments, PMD and agriculture departments for not taking protective steps against climate changes, Dunya News reported.
Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah heard the case during which the plaintiff stated that continuous climate changes have caused earthquakes, floods and water shortage in the country but the authorities have not taken any step to counter such issues.
The court subsequently declared the case admissible and issued notices to the responsible officials.
