PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – District administrations on Monday have been assigned powers of as many as 24 departments while town and district authorities will assume charge today.

First major responsibility the newly appointed Nazims will have to take care of is approval of fiscal year 2015-16 budget. Financial and Local Body (LB) departments will provide first budget to the fresh government recruits however, the new administrations will be responsible for the next FY budget.
