Summary Ayaz Sadiq said that Sheikh Rasheed would be extended the same courtesy as PTI members
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Member National Assembly Sheikh Rasheed and Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq had an interesting conversation on Monday when the former said that Thank God, I did not resign to latter.
Addressing the Speaker, Sheikh Rasheed said that he had shown political wisdom by not tendering his resignation from his National Assembly seat. If he had tendered his resignation, he said, then it would have taken less than a minute to accept his resignation.
Ayaz Sadiq said that he respects Sheikh Rasheed. Whatever you do outside the assembly, he said, you have never violated rules on the floor of the house. Ayaz Sadiq said that Sheikh Rasheed would be extended the same courtesy as had been done with members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
