Summary Legal action can be taken against Altaf Hussain according to article 6, said Faisal Wada

LONDON (Dunya News) – Leader Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Faisal Wada submitted evidence to London Police against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain regarding money laundering and hate speech on Monday, reported Dunya News.

Talking to media after a meeting with London Police, which lasted 2 hours, PTI leader Faisal Wada said that 8 files of evidence against Altaf Hussain has been handed over to London Police.

He said that London Police was surprised to see that their task (of gathering evidence) had been done by PTI. He urged government of Pakistan to hand over evidence against Altaf Hussain so that the case gets closed as soon as possible.

Referring to Altaf Hussain’s speech, Faisal Wada said that according to article 6 of the constitution, legal action can be taken against Altaf Hussain as his speech contained ‘objectionable’ language.
