Summary Flood has ravaged 801 villages country wide affecting 517,000 persons
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – 86 people lost their lives in the flood while more than 56 persons have been injured according to National Disaster Management Admission (NDMA).
According to statisitics released by NDMA, flood has ravaged 801 villages country wide, uprooted more than 2,000 homes and affected 517,000 persons severely.
NDMA stated that up to 31,000 camps have been distributed while 65,700 tons of food has been distributed. More than 23,000 people are seeking refuge in relief camps while almost 260,000 people have been rescued from the floods.
