LAHORE (Dunya News) – Anti-terrorism court (ATC) has decided to indict senior leaders of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and policemen for being involved in Model Town vandalism, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
As per details, the indictment would be carried out over the FIR lodged by government representatives, alleging PAT leaders Raheeq Abbasi and Khurrum Nawaz and police personnel of Model Town tragedy.
The plaintiff stated that PAT workers opened fire at police, retaliating to which protesting activists were killed.
Subsequently, the court has ordered to indict the accused on July 14.
