Summary Plaintiff's counsel stated that DG LDA has not ensured allotment of plot to Muneer Ahmed.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday has summoned Directorate General (DG) of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on July 8 for violating court’s order, Dunya News reported.
As per details, Justice Shahid Jameel heard the case during which, claimant’s lawyer stated that the court ordered DG LDA to allot plot to Muneer Ahmed after which, the allotment was suspended for some unknown reason.
The judge raged over DG LDA and summoned him for explanation on July 8.
