Summary Water Board’s pipelines are already weakened by the lack of repair from authorities
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Citizens of metropolitan city broke Water Board’s pipeline amid rising temperature in an attempt to ‘convert’ it into water fountain on Friday.
Residents of Golimar colony broke the already weakened water lines of Water Board to bathe in cold water amidst surge of heatwaves in the city.
The people however said that they want the same water to be provided at their homes as well.
Water Board’s pipelines are already weakened by the lack of repair from authorities. As people break more pipelines, the scarcity of water resources in the city may go higher.
