LAHORE (Dunya News) – A patch of land in Ashiana Housing Scheme was reported to be having a specific scent originating from it which left people dazzled as they took parts of sand to their homes leaving two potholes on the road.
Thousands of people gathered around the part of land as the fragrance had covered at least a kilometer area. The incident left children, women as well as senior citizens astounded.
At least ten and eight feet long holes were dug down the surface as people grabbed their share of mysterious “relic”.
The police said that there is a possibility of someone disposing off a chemical long ago which could have resulted in this happening. However, after some time the scent died and people took their share of “holy sand” back from where they had got it.
